She truly is a wonderful spirit. She guided us from the beginning from staging our house for sale to buying a new home. From the first house viewing with her it was welcoming and she got to know us as her clients. She was very observant on how we reacted to a viewing of a house. When we felt overwhelmed, she made us feel comfortable and always reassured us that everything will be okay. I really never knew if she had other clients, because she made it feel as if we were her only clients and was always present as we shared stories of our lives with her. She helped staging our home for sale and gave us feed back on the open houses. When it came to showing our house she represented us and house as if she was selling her own home. When we finally made a decision on a house, she was just as excited for us and our family. T he home we bought was across the street from my dad. We were visiting from Hawaii & noticed the home across the street had a for sale sign. My dad contacted her to see if we could see the home. She was so very nice and accommodated us without question. Once we decided to put in an offer, she advised us she was able to do all this on line, however I said I would prefer in person. She was basically at our beck and call. On a Friday night evening she met with us and we put in the offer. With all the paper work in order she said she would let us know. I told her we would be traveling back to Hawaii on Saturday. Having to buy a home if stressful enough ~ buying one from another state is a lot. Lisa made the process so easy! She kept in touch to advise what was going to happen, when it happened & when it was done. We never worried that everything was being taken care of. We love her professional attitude, caring about our concerns through out the process. If I had a question, she answered it. If I had a concern, she addressed it. I actually referred her to my sister who is moving to Green Valley. She is absolutely the most caring, professional agent I have ever dealt with.

I called her and said I was thinking about selling my house, 5 days later we were under contract to sell our old home and buy our new dream home! I forgot to mention she did this all while on vacation in Germany which is 9 hours ahead! At 1 AM Germany time she was still at it!!
